The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. i found hairs in the bathroom sink and on the shower floor. the noise from the nearby bar was also a problem. Loud music played until late.

the hotel's location suited us perfectly for accessing the slopes easily. a dedicated ski locker room provided convenient storage. the staff i encountered throughout the hotel were helpful and accommodating. i appreciated the food options available for breakfast and dinner.

I noticed some minor wear and tear in the room. this did not detract from my overall experience.

the breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh juices. smoothies were also available, as well as fruits. cheeses and sausages completed the options and helped me start the day. the staff is very friendly. they are always ready to help all Guests.

the garage have few ski lockers . this generated some queues at peak times. more space would be benefitial.

the rooms are spacious and had been recently refurbished with a nice divider. the breakfast offered a large choice, especially, the variety was surprising. staff was helpful, it even had parking just behind it. the terrace was great for meals.

the music at night was loud. it made for a difficult sleep. i wished it was quieter later at night.
